Responsibility: Prepare construction
procedures, execution of safety and operational plan. Manage logistic of
material deliveries to ensure steady flow of construction. Work with all
stakeholders to deliver the project on time in harsh winter conditions.

stakeholders to delver a time critical product. Working 24 hrs per day in a
harsh winter environment over a 190km section of road required solid
communications and effective planning. |

This
project required the constant flow of construction traffic through the site, as
well as a 24hr per day schedule, procedures had to be in place for cold weather
work, as well as working at night. We had no lost time accidents. |
