Description: This project consisted of the construction of a cast in place concrete water intake structure with piping under the North Saskatchewan River. Ruskin Construction Ltd was responsible for the temporary works, which included a 160m long workbridge and a 3-phase cofferdam system. The cofferdam system allowed for the water intake and pipes to be installed in dry conditions 5.4m below the riverbed.
