Ruskin Construction is committed to continuing partnerships with First Nations peoples. The regions in which Ruskin conducts most of its operations is commonly near, or in, First Nation traditional territory, and as such, Ruskin has developed a respect and method of providing a win-win operational plan, while addressing concerns of both clients and First Nations people.

The model we use when dealing with First Nations is based on open communication and economic opportunity. We at all times respect the territorial right and management of the environment, however, there must be an economic gain for all parties involved, otherwise the partnership is not able to be sustained. With this model, we are very clear that responsibilities have to be delivered once the opportunity is given.

Ruskin has a proven track record of producing winning partnerships through knowledge transfer and focused management.
