Project Manager

• Understand and action budgets and control costs including the ability to read, interpret, analyze and forecast a project’s cost reports and determine the status of the job in terms of schedule and costing
• Organize, schedule and motivate personnel
• Maximize the efficient use of equipment, subcontractors and other resources
• Communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
• Prepare comprehensive and meaningful reports, action plans and schedules
• Rise to a challenge and look for opportunity in problems
• Deliver a superior standard of quality and accomplishment in terms of completed projects, time and costs
• Represent Ruskin in a professional and diplomatic yet effective and efficient manner
